Post Implementation Support Models

We provide different models for Post Implementation Support depending on the client’s choice. Each model plays several roles  as per the choice of the client. Each model is designed for a different set of roles.

 

Post Implementation Support is broadly classified under the following six models:

 

  • Manpower deployment at client’s location managing services under client’s supervision
  • Manpower deployment at our location, working remotely using client’s VPN connectivity
  • Manpower deployment at client’s location(s) as a part of Business Process Outsourcing of a Total department (e.g. Bill Processing, Accounts, Planning etc.)
  • Manpower deployment at our location, working remotely using client’s VPN connectivity, managing a total process (e.g. Bill processing, Accounts, Planning etc..) as a part of Business Process Outsourcing of a Total department. This model will be applicable mostly for a paperless work environment. Most of the transactions are run using the EDI andALEtechnology.
  • Manpower deployment at client’s location(s) as a part of Business Process Outsourcing of the overall IT Support forSAP,  mainly in the areas of BASIS support, Hardware support,SAPRole definition and software support). This will be worked out from the IT department at client’s location and theSAPServers will be residing at the client’s location.
  • Manpower deployment at our as a part of Business Process Outsourcing of the overall IT Support forSAP,  mainly in the areas of BASIS support, Hardware support,SAPRole definition and software support). This will be worked out from our location and theSAPServers will be residing at our location as well.
